So...I may have bricked my phone and was wondering if anyone can help. My IT Department asked if I could enable encryption to test how it worked....so I did. Today I wanted to flash the updated radio and was unable to using Clockwork Recovery...it kept blocking me so I tried formatting all of the internal SD Card partitions to revert back to stock and start again. Now the phone will boot in fastboot mode but will not show up when I type fastboot devices at a command prompt. Device Manager shows that there are no driver errors. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hmm...trcky one, what I would do, download the stock image that Paul kindly uploaded to flash via CWM, do a full wipe (and I MEAN full) flash the stock image and reboot, it should boot the phone and try reinstalling the Samsung Drivers and it should re-install them automatically.

Try hold vol down + power on then connect usb cable and check if pc able to detect the phone? If yes then easy to fix.
If not then I recommend you try another usb port / another PC, if still no good news then warranty is what you need to consider.

I tried that but I believe the issue has to do with the internal SD Card being encrypted. Clockwork will not allow a mount via USB to the SD Card so that I can upload a new zip file for flashing. I have been able to get ODIN to see the phone but have not been able to find an ODIN firmware set to use.

As long as it detect the phone in download mode, you can use ODIN and tick repartition.
