Does anybpody have the cab for VZ Backup Assistant

Can anybody direct me to the cab for vzw backup assistant. I searched the forum and couldnt find anything since everyone wants to get it off their phone.

Im going to be ditching my omnia for the galaxy nexus hopefully later this week and Im running a custom 6.5.5 rom w/ no bloatware. I want to be able to transfer my contacts easily and I know Backup assistant can take care of it. Also if Backup Assistant isnt an option does any1 know of another cab or another way that I can easily transfer my contacts that will be compatible with Android. Right now Im using PIM Backup but I dont think thats compatible w/Android.

Oh and if it matter Im running AMDZeros 6.5.5 ultralite rom w/ sense.
