Hi all.

I'm  in a bit of a trouble.
Bought a Huawei u8800 for my wife and gave her yesterday and today it dosn't work.
She cant logon the phone and only the Huawei text is on the screen and she cant put in password.
This is as far as she comes in this process.
She also needs to remove battery to turn off the phone.

Is this a know problem?
Is there anyone here that has a solution?

Solution has been found.
For those who want it you do following; hold in volume (up) and press power, then you go into reset factory settings and it should work.
