Just install clockworkmod and do a backup. Simples.

You can just flash the stock image.bin from http://www.multiupload.com/MIZP11F92Q
You can do it from the android UI (System -> about phone -> Install update from tcard -> ok) - Not sure what they key combo is but you can likely do it with a hardware button combo for the OSF2 (maybe menu + vol up + power).
