I've searched a lot but no "rom" results.
There is a dualboot (HD2) already, the Microsoft testpage and endlesss tutorials

One rom with android removed  for a while....?

You're far more likely to be able to port Android onto a WP7 device than the other way round - WP is completely closed and proprietary, and so getting it working on a device needs hardware support from WP. Android, however is much more open, and supports a wider range of hardware, and so it is much more feasible to get it working on devices not originally intended to receive it. I do like the look of WP7, but seriously doubt we'd ever get it to play with on the P990.
