What exact specifications must a micro-USB charger fulfil to be suitable for the HTC Desire S?

I have a spare one from ALCATEL and wonder if I can use that one.

• PRI: 100-240V~50/50Hz 150mA
• SEC: 5.0V 400mA

Should be fine. Pretty sure the voltage is the main thing to be worried about and my HTC USB charger is 5V. But I think generally if it is micro USB it will work with any device that supports micro USB, they're all consistent.
