I obtained an Orange San Francisco a year ago and have had constant problems with sending emails. Sometimes they go, sometimes they don't!
Orange help line and shop assistants are no help.
I have been told to 'Root' the phone and upgrade the OS to 2.2, but everything seems confusing and I don't seem to be able to find the downloads recommended.
Should I download them to my phone or PC? Where are they?
I think the phone is great, but find this problem frustrating........................
I am a total ignoramous, but not an idiot, so what should I do?
I will be very grateful for some clear advice.
