help!1 can not add call

I am a newbe here, know very little about android stuff... recently i have rooted my dell xcd 28(which is same as zte racer) with android 2.2 rom. But i have seen some problem, during call my "add call" menu and "mute" button remain disabled, i can not click or use them, i have flashed back my stock rom from backup, but still can not use those options... help! please...thanks advance... is this a hardware issue?

what 2.2 rom did you use?

I have used
rickywyatt on Apr 15 2011 published rom... which have just wifi teathering bug...

but i just cant remember wheather its working before rooting...it should na? "mute" option and call hold option also remain blurred or disabled.

Sorry !!! I have figured out my problem, i just had to receive 2 simultaneous calls to enable those options....now i have tested all options are working correctly with every rom... Posted Image

Hi! I have got a new problem now. The problem is other than stock rom which i have backed up, every custom rom i install, i can not send sms to other network , i can just send sms to my own circle or network, this is something wired, i have tested my simcard with other phone and its working fine, and with stock rom also its working fine, but with other rom which ever i install, i face this problem, i cant send sms to other circle or network... help please.....
