as the UI said, TouchWiz 5.0 ?!
and the screen using OLED ? seems doesn't make sense.

Sounds like little more than a 14 year old gadget geek's tech-fantasy to me.  Besides, call me old fashioned if you like, but I think 4.3" would be the biggest I'd be willing to go for a mobile phone display.  Anything bigger and I'd have to get some stupidly oversized sunglasses to go with it.
