hi all

i buy a new motorola defy plus mb526
i want to put in a custom rom, but i can't find anything
someone say that cm7 work but someone brick the phone with cm7 who have right?
how it's possible there isn't arom for this phone?

Did you work out which ROM to use?  I've just picked up at Defy+ and have the same question myself.

Dont know if this will get seen, bit of a thread dredge.

I have a defy plus, with root and CyangogenMod recovery.
Ive tried multiple CM9 builds, and they will boot, but none of them have any reception/signal. It reads the sim, as it says Telecom NZ in the notification drop down, but the reception icon always has a cross in it. Tried flashing the GB kernel and that crashed the bootloader. giving A5 and some other errors.
I have root and 2ndInit recovery installed.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks
