Hi Everyone,

I need help!

Im a newbie in an android environment. My friend's INQ Cloud got "Too many pattern attempts!" in google account coz his son sort of exploring the phone and now it keep asking for an account.

I did manage to update the mobile by putting it into "download mode" (Emergency mode appears in the updater window) and completed the process. Expecting the problem will be solved after the mobile reboots, but to my surprise, the problem is still there.

Is there another way to solve this kind of problem? I've searched  the net get accross "adb" and "fastboot" topics.  Unfortunately, not so familar with commands... Hope somebody can help me out....
