During a call, the screen is meant to turn off when you hold it near your head. If it doesn't turn on again when you take it away from your head, you probably need to calibrate the proximity sensor. How you do that depends on which rom you're using.

TPT Helper lets you easily repartition your ZTE phone, install a new ROM and for the Blade, convert to/from Gen 2. Available for Orange San Francisco/ZTE Blade, Orange Monte Carlo/ZTE Skate and Orange San Francisco II/T-Mobile Vivacity. https://market.andro...horas.tpthelper

To the left of the San Francisco sign at the top of your screen is the proximity sensor. In bright light, you will see 2 small black circles. one proximity, the other is the light sensor for dimming or brightening up your screen when you have auto brightness switched on.

When covered during a call, the screen goes blank. When the call ends, it should light up again.

Finaly i found the way to fix it. I just downloade "Proimity Senasor Calibration" app from market which has been made by ZTE Corporation for ZTE phones that has this issuse.

I downloaded it and its working fine now, i can easily turn the screen on and off while calling :D

Something like that is built into some roms already and it was suggested on reply no 3 by Amphoras that it may need a proximity sensor calibration. Anyway, glad you got it sorted out
