how can I solve Charge the battery to Xperia 10x, put it  to charge and if i'm not carefully and leave it in charger too long my phone charge up to 100% and then starts to discharge

well, when battery complete discharge, restart into xrec, wipe bat stats, reboot then pull out batt, put it back, then connect charger and leave it best over night to charge.
