i don't think anyone has done it, but it would be cool 
if i could change them i would make the missed cal LED green and message orange or yellow, and battery red

You can open the phone and use a coloured pencil on the inside of the led cover. Be carefull with the flat cable and enjoy your christmas tree phone... LOL
