I( ahe installed SwedishSnoe RlS3. One of its ffeatures seems to be a contant news feed or news highlights. It's like  streaming news. Iam not sure weather this is using my internet minutes or my wi fi but I woul like to stop it as I don't need it. How can you stop this news feed.

Whether it uses your data allowance depends on your internet service provider - I'm on the 3 network and the app updates news and weather even though I have no credit and wifi not connected.  To stop it, you could remove the widget by holding and dragging onto the 'bin'.  Alternatively, use droidwall to limit the app to using wifi only.
