Problem with Vodafone Joy ( help)

Hi .. i am new here and i want to fix my mobile phone..

My phone stucks on the first screen.. i want to go on recovery mode to install a new rom but i don't know how can i do this..

if someone knows how to go on recovery mode with button or with a program please replay here..
