Guest salukigirl Posted February 24, 2012 Report Share Posted February 24, 2012 My daughter is trying to access her voice mail on her omc, however when she presses 2 to get into it its like it has not been recognized that she pressed the key. The dial pad works fine unless she has to use anything where you are asked to press a key to choose an option. So, she can dial 1, but when she tries to choose 2 for listening to messages its like it isn't recognized that she pressed it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
