Noob both in smarthones and wifi. My newly acquired smartphone connects to my router (Thomson TG585 V7 ) but doesn't find internet. Works normally somewhere else with a US robotics 9108 Maxg router.

Ethernet internet works ok (PC). Don't have other wifi device than the phone to test. Phone can connect though to my Thomson IP and gets normal access to its http / html control panel
