Cant Root Official 2.3.5

As the title says, I CANT root my phone, with the official 2.3.5 ROM!
SuperOneClick crashes after some seconds of "rooting"!
All steps done really carefully, and I also tried to install SuperUser before I root but same results!
Help please I need to root, and install CWM so I can be able and flash ICS Aurora! Or at least change this ROM, I dont like it at all!
