so i've been using huawei ideos x5 now for few month and atm i have the rom called oxygen on but i dont really like it anymore...
so which is the best costum rom atm? and which rom are you guys using?

Aurora ICS is pretty stable & fast by now

Yup, I'd also say Aurora is the best ROM you can get atm, it's almost fully stable, has all features and (for me this is the main argument) is up to date.

If you like MIUI then you can try TerraMino's EliteRom (also with .32 kernel) or mayby the MIUIv4 port on xda.
