Guest alittlelost
Hello I've converted my Gen 1 phone to a Gen 2 in the process of installing CyanogenMod 7 on it. I used the step-by-step instructions given here http://sanfranciscoandroid.co.uk/android/how-to-install-custom-roms-android-2-3-android-4-0-from-scratch-on-the-orange-san-francisco-zte-blade-zte-libra-u-v880/ I now want to try Swedish Snow. I seem to be facing a few issues. Firstly, the Android Marketplace app seems to have disappeared from the phone. I can't seem to install any new apps. When I try to install new apps by launching the Marketplace in the phone's browser, the process seems to go okay till the stage of pressing the install button but nothing gets downloaded. Other apps which the phone says are installed on it such as FB or FB Messenger also do not appear in the display list of apps on the phone. They're not on the SD card either. I realise that I may be missing something completely basic but I can't figure it out. Also, I want to try Swedish Snow on the phone but it seems that I need to be able to download apps for that which I can't. Any suggestions in this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Guest agpoli
Market is called Google Play now. It will only appear in the appdrawer if you have connected to the internet. How exactly did you installed Swedis Snow? I think something went wrong. Try the TPT method it's the easiest way to install it.
