i have  zte tablet v9 c-1 and i have a great problem with the wi-fi

When do I start the wi-fi   I get the message said  your phone doesn't  write MAC address please confirm  (As these pictures) (Easy to pick up signal but  i can't connect to the network)









Secondly  


when  i opened the wi-fi setting   and press  menu setting  and press a press Advanced  i can see   IP address  unavailable  (as these picture)




i hope solving these problem  As soon as
