I dunno but I think anti-virus is a tad overkill, for a phone?
Are you talking about spam in the notification bar? If so get something like "add-ons detector" off the market. It will let you scan all your apps & find the culprit which is spamming you.
Most of the time it's an app we downloaded that does this. Antivirus or task managers that constantly run in the background will eat your battery.
