I should be getting one of these phones in the post this morning, fingers crossed.
Have been reading forums and just wanted to check with you guys if it's possible to brick these things?  I have an LG 2x right now and it can't but my last HTC (Magic) I bricked and don't want to make the same mistake again.

So, if it is possible to brick what are the steps I'd have to do to do it so I know what to avoid?

I think it's difficult to brick. Follow the guides on here and you can't really go wrong. With the GNex toolkit over on XDA I think that would probably fix most things. I'm no expert, far from it, but I think as long as you can get it into download mode you should be fine. You'd have to do something seriously wrong to brick it, if it is possible.

I can't recall reading about anyone who has actually managed to brick their GN - the term bricked is often used inappropriately though.
