Use Titanium Backup.

Titanium will do a backup/restore of all your apps and their settings onto your sdcard so it's just as good. Don't think it's possible to do what you're asking.

Titanium zips everything up & does all of your data and apps in a single batch operation. You couldn't make that easier or more efficient. The pro version adds speed.

I too use Titanium Backup and I`m up to 30+ ROM changes now, did 3 of them yesterday. I used the paid and inexpensive Titanium Backup with all of them. Batch restoring takes minutes to do and a couple of clicks only. It's all you`ll ever need......

It works for many but their are situations, events and errors outside of the control of a third party that may cause a bricked phone. Think before you start.
