So here we go with my first rom Posted Image

DroidTE 0.2 - Updated - 7/5/12
At the moment only tested on San Francisco 2 NOT THE VIVACITY
(although please try flash the TMV kernel afterwards as this should work)

Features:
Rooted Super User etc
Removed All Orange Apps
Deodexed Apps
Zipaligned
APN World List added
GO Launcher
Facebook
Flash player armv6
BBC iPlayer
Framework mods
New battery icon + other icons
New Lockscreen
Video Acceleration
Net Buffers added for faster network access

Changes from V0.1
Added DSP Manager
Added new Adreno200 libs
Replaced stock music with miui
Added Ringtones
Improved Framework
More speed tweaks & battery tweaks
Now very stable & great battery life
Please reboot after first run

Problems:
- Wifi can be slow to get IP.
- Needs feedback....please
- Others please let me know.

DOWNLOAD: V0.2
MEDIAFIRE LINK - updated 7/5/12
SFII ONLY TMV COMING SOON

DOWNLOAD: V0.1
MEDIAFIRE LINK
SFII ONLY TMV COMING SOON

Install - standard ways
1. boot into CWM
2. wipe data/cache etc
3. install "DroidTE_0.2.zip"
3.5 TMV users please flash TMV Kernel
4. Reboot...enjoy

Things to come:
- Overclocked Kernel for both SFII & TMV
- Status bar power widget

Time is not what I have at the moment, so progress is beginning to slow
However I think Ive done a good job a creating a nice rom
Been using V0.2 for over a week full time with the only problem being the slow wifi connect issue.
Enjoy
Please feedback is much needed, Posted Image

This is only the start im gunna start looking into source...maybe.

*** Just remember, any ROM change, Kernel change or any other type of change you do is at your own risk. Someone helping you is not responsible for any risks you decide to take. It works for many but their are situations, events and errors outside of the control of a third party that may cause a bricked phone. Think before you start. I took the chance and thankfully it worked for me. Had it not then only I would have been to blame. ***

Hi, looks pretty nice. Have you included the Sim toolkit? OK, will try it anyway.

yea sim toolkit is there, although the browser problem is a pain.
Id wait till I get it fixed, will try get the new one up tonight, or tomorrow.
Been a bit of a crazy few days at home an not had a lot of time to sit and play.

ive added some other things too,
some more tweaks to the build.prop to improve various things
changed and tweaked the framework
and a few other bits n bobs.

hopefully this browser fix will work, not had chance to try it yet.

going to try getting the overclocking kernel sorted too.

Hi, flashed on my Vivacity with the Vivacity kernel ontop of it. Does not boot - sits on the green robot indefinitely.

:-(
