However since there has been a significant number of issues in the past we must remind members that buying and selling devices through the forums is strictly prohibited and you will be banned. If you wish to sell a phone then you can only advertise eBay listings in the correct forum. Direct sales are forbidden. You must not contact any other forum member using private messaging or the contact details provided in the users profile regarding the potential purchase of a device or the assistance of buying and shipping a device from the United Kingdom to another country. If you ignore these rules and carry out a transaction with another member then you absolutely must be aware that neither MoDaCo, the administration team, nor the moderators can be held responsible for any issues you may have.
