b4da55 what are you testing or trying .

I had a issue with 936 cwm backup failing at datadata. At the time i had problems flashing roms so was really needing a backup. I managed to flash 940 custom rom but still haven't tried to make a backup. Now just want to put newest version on and check.

Ive had a few phones but not as many squeaky bum moments as on this one.....lol.

CWM 6.0.1.2 ICS

Now sd-ext support & charging battery fix.

Not works capacitive buttons.

ONLY WORK ON ICS DEVICES

Download: http://www.mediafire...3ppbr6y66dc71mu

Fastboot: http://www.mediafire...qic18j4td1kbowi

Zip: http://www.mediafire...t0fzlcri6o5zuki

I've some issues with this one. I cant mount my phone on USB while I'm in Recovery. In fact I cant mount the sd-ext, so the fix doesn't work for me. But the charging battery seems to work.

Ok, I not tested the sd-ext but is present in recovery and it should work.

USB seems not to work if I could hang a recovery log. I take a look.

Is it possible to use/to compile/to port CWM touch UI?

Yes, But not fully functional.

Because the only way to compile this recovery is builder of CWM & not option for custom changes.

CWM touch recovery is non open source.

Any help?

The capacitive buttons not work on CWM 6 because the CWM recognizes the three capacitive buttons as Key 330.

But the real Key is:

Menu: 139

Home: 102

Back: 158

Maybe kernel problem?

Greetings

Guest patrikdani

what am I doing wrong?

i have got the phone rooted.

can not flash the cwm trough my current recovery, (android system recovery 3e)

downloaded skd, ADB working now.

tried to flash CWM via ADB, but at the "cp /sdcard/flash_image /system/bin"

says cp command does not exist (or so, cant exactly remember)

however i think its just a command to copy flash image to system/bin, so i have done it trough ES file explorer,

then

cd /system/bin

chmod 777 flash_image

flash_image recovery /sdcard/recovery.img

then after the last command I get syntax error.

any ideas? I did removed the .zip from the filename, so all filenames are should be correct.

also tried to download busybox from busybox installer, but it says my internet connection isnt good enough (it is, trust me)

I would love to change the rom, as it is the stock vodafone rom, but soo slow, im sick of it. my zte blade is much more smooth with cm7...

thanks a lot!

Now mount usb storage but not mount sdcard. :/

EDIT: New Test Version of CWM 5.0.2.8:

-Support for both sdcard (internal & external)

-Minors changes.

Wait feedbacks.

It install great and looks great, but when doing a backup it hung after backing up cache..left it ages but nothing happened. So pulled battery

I reflashed the 4.0 version and all working again. I love the option of installing from internal though :-)
