could you help fm radio apk

I don't have a copy of the FM Radio app for the Racer gen2 but this alternative may work it does for my Racer gen1. -  http://andorko.hu/android/
I would recommend you stick to v0.2 the newer versions don't play nice  probably because screen layout was originally designed with the ZTE Blade in mind.
This app also has the advantage of running in Airplane mode unlike the  stock version.

I tried to thank them all what could be the reason I get the error has stopped unexpectedly

I guess the radio application isn't compatible with the gen2 Racer the radio hardware must be very different to the gen1 Racer.

there is a thread here with racer2 recoveries, you can extract fm radio from a backup without problems.. problem is rom is deodexed so you will have to push both apk and odex file to /system/app for it to work i guess

Hi plz hace a check ZTE website and i suggest you can have a try with ZTE update tool. you can log in their official website zte.com.cn, and you can find the software under technical support.
