I've been trying to get my hands on a second hand HTC Desire HD via ebay but they all fetch a very high price.
There is a HTC with a damaged digitiser which might be a cheaper alternative but just how easy are they to replace and what digitiser should I buy?

Are there any web sites with step to step guide for this procedure?
