Depending on your location, you can either download the update over-the-air, or plug in and download using Kies. So far we have Dutch and German users reporting that the update is available. Guest Posted May 17, 2012 Report Share Posted May 17, 2012 I bought a Note from eBay. It turned out to be German model but this is not really an issue. Checked for updates yesterday (16th May 2012) and updated to ICS over the air without any issues.
