For anybody who had the same problem as me after installing one of the new roms, the Tesco Mobile APN settings that work on my G300 are:

APN:  prepay.tesco-mobile.com

Port:  8080
Username:  tescowap
Password:  password
Server:  <Not set>
MMSC:  http://mmsc.mms.o2.co.uk:8002

MNC:  10
IP Version:  IPv4
Authentication Type:  <Not set>
APN Type:  mms,default,supl

3G and MMS now working fine
