Just install https://play.google....r.VoiceRecorder and make sure you use the default settings.

It's not possible to hack the audio feed while in call mode however you could use a voice changer kit from ebay http://www.ebay.co.u...e voice changer.
The sound quality won't be particularly great (real-time pitch bending kits never are) but good enough to hide / obscure your true voice.
