Received my one x today, fully charged logged into my existing dropbox account, no 23gb extra welcome email.

Took 3 weeks for me to get it

there are 5 out of 7 steps to complete to get the extra 23 gb.
try to find those out.

If i remember correct, you should install dropbox on multiple computers, to your mobile, invite some people and such, there are 7 tasks, when you complete 5 of those you get your wish

If you'd previously used that hacked dropbox apk that was floating about prior to the One X being released to get an extra 23gb on another phone you'll need to contact dropbox to get them to apply the increase for you.

nope, not used, already reported issue to them via application, waiting for response

Before the One X was released someone modified the dropbox app to make it appear that you were using a. One X/Sense 4, so you'd get the 23gb added to your account regardless of the actual phone you were using.

Dropbox quickly removed the space from everyone who'd done it and put a block on the space being automatically applied to their accounts again, so quite a few people have had to contact Dropbox to let them know they really do have the phone to get the space increase applied again.

solution is to unlink every device, delete your account and remake it.

got a 50gb box account so will use that instead, far less stressful

And the support from dropbox has been incredible, got two responses within 12 hours
