Guest bladebuddy Posted May 18, 2012 Report Share Posted May 18, 2012 I am having slight problems when trying to download large files over 3g network. Yesterday I was trying to download Sandstorm on my crescent, the download kept failing after 10 mins or so, saying" no internet connection"I tried this about 10 times with the same results each time. I presumed it was a problem with giffgaff. So just to make sure I removed my sim card, put it in my blade and tried again and was successful first time. I think the problem might have something to do with how my crescent manages cache, it needs a lot bigger cache partition then the blade, and I think the blade redirects cache to ram or something similar. So I was wondering if it is possible to do the same with my crescent and see if that helps as I have noticed this a few times now.
