We've seen the Desire C, now it looks like a 'Ville C' is on the way. Leaked by BriefMobile, the Ville C's existence is evidenced purely by a Feature Sheet, which historically is a very reliable way of learning about a device. The HTC Ville is the HTC One S, so it appears the new device is based upon that. Differences include a 1.7GHz Qualcomm S3 processor (compared to the latest generation S4 on the One S), a VGA front camera and, interestingly, Sense 4.5 (compared to Sense 4.0 on devices to date!) I suspect the Ville C is a One S variant for some lower cost markets, and perhaps a 'contingency plan' as the S4 processor used in the One S is likely to be in constraint (short supply) for a while.
