So the Premier League season is done and dusted, Chelsea snatched the Champions League crown and now every football fan's mind turns to summer tournaments, this year, Euro 2012. As you'd expect, the tournament has an official app and it's actually surprisingly good!

Sponsored by Orange in markets where they operate with a functionally identical unbranded version available in non Orange territories, the Euro 2012 app brings you everything you'd expect from the official app and more besides.

Highlights (no pun intended!) include PUSH live results and news, free customised alerts, video highlights from midnight after the end of the match (a chargeable feature), news, photos, standings and of course fixtures.

The UEFA Season Pass for mobile video will set you back £6.99 in the UK.

Although the application is sponsored by Orange, the sponsorship seems to be limited to co-branding and is completely non intrusive.

Get ready for the tournament by downloading your copy from the Google Play store!
