To publicly lie about an ics update would be very bad for there business,so obviously if they say there will be an ics update,then there will be.
When that update will be is another matter,but my guess would be soon since they are advertising the g300 with ics on uk site.

Check their Facebook page for updates. They said they are sticking to a summer release. I don't think they would want to be done for false and misleading advertising.
