Thanks for that, i ordered online so do you know if i could take it into the actual shop for a replacement? Or if not, how would i request an unlock code?

On another note, does anyone know of an app or way to backup the home screen/ settings/layout/widgets so it can be restored to how i had it?! Or maybe even a 1-click methold of restoring everything to how it was?

Vodafone told me I couldn't return to a shop having bought online.

Titanium backup is as easy as it gets I think. Most launchers have a backup function too.
