The black handset, which packs a 3.5" FWVGA screen, dual core ST-Ericsson processor, 5 Megapixel Camera, 4GB internal storage and customisable colour strips uses Sony's unique new design language with a transparent strip across the bottom of the device that illuminates in different colours to alert the owner to notifications. The handset ships with Android 2.3 Gingerbread initially with an Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade to follow later (unfortunately)! At £169.99 the handset undercuts HTC's budget offering, the One V, which is priced at £219.99 before cashback with Three. Three handsets are generally SIM locked, so if you are looking to buy the handset and use it on another network, you'll need to factor that into the price.
