Detailed on the Google Play Store support page, the new tax inclusive pricing support applies to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Israel, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. If you are developer selling apps based in a country other than those listed above, you are responsible for determining the applicable tax rate for the sale of your apps in all jurisdictions where your apps are sold and for remitting the taxes to the appropriate taxing authority (which may be different to the tax authority in your own location). Google will of course continue to pass the tax collected to the developer for payment to the appropriate authority. If you have applications in the Google Play Store already, then your existing prices will be used for calculations, so you may wish to update those as appropriate. Google is making this change as some countries require that prices shown to buyers on the search and detail pages equal exactly the amounts paid at checkout.
