Cant take the credit, but got mine unlocked, knew the pinned guide work(ed) but sadly isnt now. This one does and is really simple. It does however flash the stock orange ROM back, no clockwork mod or whatever ROM you were using but you CAN use any rom and any clockwork mod in the first place.

Make a backup of current rom
plug into PC and on your phone find clockworkmod/  backup/2012.xx.xx (backup folder with the 2012.xx.xx file in it)
Copy to desktop
Follow the guide
reinstall clockworkmod
Copy backup folder into clockworkmod folder
boot into clockworkmod
and restore.
