My beloved friends, I'm very MIUIsh, lately.

I'm very happy and everything was almost perfect so I thought to break it.

I've read everywhere news about NOT installing techno's 1.4c kernel.

So, unleashing my inner mad scientist, I installed it.

* Pulling levers noises, cackling madly, explosions sounds *

Everything went - I thought - perfect.

My cpu and gpu overclock were there, I was happy.

I saw the black screen bug (waking phone from sleep) and laughed in front of it: I can wait.

Everything was a garden of flowers and I felt power and beauty in my hand at the same time.

Then the day came: I needed tethering again.

Despair, storm and disgrace fell on my sad head.

NOT WORKING.

Any hints?
Tricks?
Workarounds?
Secret settings?
3rd part apps?

That's the only step that keeps me away from Nirvana.

Please, help.

i don't think tethering works on 1.4C, try 1.3a

I've installed plain MIUI 2.4.6

Then I've enabled A2SD+ to use my ext partition

Then I've simply uset setcpu to overclock

Now EVERTHING is working!

I can't stop laughing hysterically!

My bluetooth car audio is not working but, hey, you can't have everything.

Or maybe I can?

Tethering is working out of the box!

I think miui 2.4.6 is 99% perfect: only Bluetooth not working with my alpine car audio.

Cool. I've tried this on my port of mokee os (used cm7 as a base) and it works! technolovers kernel makes this rom sooo good

that's your problem If I say: NOT WORKING, DON'T EVEN TRY, it is a good idea to just believe!

yeah, that's what I'm talking about since a while, you don't need to flash anything else, it just works ;]

Normally I would. Its just, with your kernel I can't overclock to 1.6ghz or gpu overclock. And it's working fine with Mokee (cm based) and miui

Ok, yes it is more stable. But the benchmarks really impove with techno kernel. I don't even use gpu overclock (I Don't have a clue what it does )

yeah, that's what I'm talking about since a while, you don't need to flash anything else, it just works ;]

I knew it but sometimes my phone is working too well and I feel bored

No chance for bluetooth, right?

Phones shouldn't work fully
I don't know if I have Bluetooth working coz I don't have a Bluetooth headset/ car radio. If you want to try, I'll give you the link 2 the rom
