I checked my SD CARD i went into clockworkmod folder and it just shows a download folder and .setting file
rom manager will not work because i have a HUAWEI G300.
Please could some one reply and help asap.

If there isn't a backup folder in there too you don't have any cwm backups, unless you are looking on wrong 'sd' card

Unless you are using the touchscreen recovery in which case look in TWRP folder.

on my sd card ive got a clockwork folder and in that is a back up and that contains said back ups

Do you actually have any backups?

Go into clockwork mod, check the date of your backup in restore. Plug your phone in to the computer and search for that date.

can you confirm if the backups you want to find were backups made on the g300 or are they old ones on a SD card from a different phone?

on my SD this is path: \mnt\sdcard\clockworkmod\backup

That's mine as well. I think that's the standerd place for backups
