Does anyone know if it is possible to completely disable haptic feedback/vibration when the device starts up or shutsdown?

Yes it causes me so much distress.  In all seriousness though I was just wondering if it was possible.  Or maybe some way to disable vibration completely.

Open it up and rip out the motor? Kidding, obviously.

On a more serious note, i think you can disable haptic feedback entirely somewhere in the settings. I'm sure I saw that option somewhere.
