as title says i have a problem with my external speaker,the sound now is very distorted through it,but ok when headphones are connected and also during call,but whe on speakerphone it happens again,this occurs on any sound played thru the external speaker,any thoughts?

i might have to send this back i think,need to restore fone back,i have only done the cwm and the root,so if i unroot it will be back to stock fone?

you will need to flash a stock rom

i never used a custom rom,ive uninstalled rom toolbox also unrooted and did a full wipe of phone,so now its back to where it was after unboxing apart from the fact its still unlocked.
my fone version is U8815V100R001C02B885,and i can now send it back for repair/replace.anyone got a link or a number to call for returns ?

Just take it back to a vodafone store,  they will sort it for you.
