im unlocke don giffgaff and acidently clicked the vodofone discover app on homescreen now every 5 minutes its coming up teling me to turn wifi off so i can conect over the vodofone network how do i stop this?

Delete the vodafone app ;)

Or freeze it.

Go into applications, see what's running and force close that app.

Just a normal restart should stop it. Then remove the widget at the very least.
