ICS Google Play Problems

Since installing ICS im having problems with google play store, ive downloaded and install it but when I open it, it opens for a second (ish) then just closes, tried clearing cache, re installing, tried installing ealier android market but getting nowhere :( any ideas? Ive installed CWM aswell, and rooted it :)

have you flashed all the Google apk? (gapps) the market apk alone wont work

I have now :) I read that google store google+ etc isn't allowed on chinese phones? All done now anyway! Thanks
