The script linked in post 1 here is an older version than the one in the CM9 threads.  It has much less options.

My Blade site - includes vanilla KANGS's of CM7.  Also available: modified GB Gapps with various market versions, mini ICS Gapps for 160mb system partitions and Flash for ARMv6

Ran this yesterday. it had the opposite effect(scrolling lag etc.) so i had to nandroid restore.

ROM: cm-10-20130514-NIGHTLY-blade by daemond, narrowed down to 127mb with minimal gapps.
(Removed: bootanimation files, Email.apk, Exchange2.apk, CMFileManager.apk, CMFileManagerThemes.apk, DeskClock.apk, LiveWallpapersPicker.apk, Stk.apk, VoiceDialer.apk, ChromeBookmarksSyncAdapter.apk, GoogleNowVoiceSearch.apk and Talk.apk. Unneeded dictionaries from LatinIME.apk. Unused alarms, notifications, ringtones and ui sounds.)

TPT: 138mb /system, 301mb /data, 2mb /cache. 32GB Class10 Kingston SDHC.

I tried both ways.  Yes to everything.  And following the 'defaults' (assuming the defaults are the any key answers).  In both cases my rom was trashed. Dunno what I'm doing wrong lol.

I've installed it on Burstlams mixed rom before, i believe i was using version 6.6.2 or something like that back then and the V9-RC8.2 version of the script, it worked fine back then.

I'd look at the changelog since then to figure out why it doesn't work out now but since AOKP already has the settings in the rom i don't see a point in using the script with Burstlams rom. (for other roms you can just use Burstlams init script to tweak minfree settings anyway so...)

I recommend 5th option: 512hp, UnLedded for Blade, two others under 512hp settings are quite aggressive for me

Proud to be a Blade user :)
Running on CM10.1

It does quite a lot more than just tweak the memory settings.  Though at least one of them breaks things. :D  I'm not that concerned to be honest - just curious.  I'm just warning others to backup. :)  For myself, I'm happy enough with GB whose memory management is fine.  I just like to play with ICS. :D

Since i'm running KonstaKANG's rom i'll try it there and see if it actually helps anything.

Oh yeah, i'll be doing a backup first. ;)
