This is what the vendor.app adds to the Chinese ICS rom. I attempted to flash it after I had deleted cust files and it wouldnt boot so this is a fresh install.

The notification toggles cant be changed it appears but can be switched on or off.

Sound is added on boot screen and a circular animation.

Nice. Looks like some framework changes for the toggles. Might be nice if Paul can extract this and add it to the ICS kitchen when he makes it.

I will manually remove all the spam apps so they wont be an issue. I didnt notice until pointed out Dazzozo

All spam now removed. I am running Nemus launcher if anyone wants to give it a whirl. Very fast

Shame only 2 of the 5 notification toggles are ones I'd pick.

Didn't like nemus app drawer still prefer Apex.

How can i get the UPDATE.APP from vendor extracted?
Is it possible to include the framework mods in a custom ROM?

The toggles are also in the newly found ICS English xx9 version
